What shipping methods are available?

We ship with the best international carriers in Europe and worldwide. Once the the product is shipped, it takes from 4 up to 10 days maximum to arrive to your address, depending on your area.

All ítems are shipped from our workshop in Spain.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer shipping to most of the countries worldwide. If your country does not show up on the checkout list, please send us an email to: to get a quote.

How can I check the status of my shipment?

Once the ítem is shipped, you will receive a link with the tracking information on your email, showing  the updated status of your parcel.

What are the prices for international shipping?

Prices will depend on the weight of your order and its destination. You will see the total shipping cost at checkout.

Is it possible to arrange the delivery for a specific date?

We cannot ensure the delivery for an exact date. You can try to arrange that personally calling your local carrier. Please use the shipment reference number you will receive by email.

How do I place an order?

Choose the items you’d like to purchase from our collection by selecting the optional details if any (eg. color).

After you have finished with your cart, you can go to the checkout to fill in your billing and shipping information. There you will find the calculated shipping price for your total order. Once the payment is cleared, we will send you a confirmation about the shipment and delivery.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Creating an account is an optional step, which allows you to save your details on our website and make your next purchase easier. However, it is not necessary for placing an order.

How can I cancel my order?

If you are in any way not satisfied with your order, you can contact us, so that we can help you solve the issue. However, if you decide to return your product, you can do it within 14 days from receiving your order.

Custom made items can not be returned in any case.

Is my order in stock?

All our furniture is handmade by order in our workshop. We do not hold stocks following our commitment to responsible consumption. Consequently, we do not offer sales on our website.

The lead time for the manufacture of a piece is 4 weeks. This allows us to offer custom pieces and personalized colors. If would like a custom-made article you can’t find on our website, please contact us by email at:

Where are the products manufactured?

All our products are handmade in our workshop in Spain. All of our suppliers are locally sourced.

What materials do you use?

All our furniture is handmade with solid spruce wood from a FSC certified sustainably managed forest, using only non toxic paints and varnishes respectful with the environment.

How are the products assembled and what tools do I need?

All our furniture comes flat packed to minimize impact in the environment and all tools for assembling are provided.

How do I take care of the products?

We suggest cleaning with a damp cloth, only with water and no chemichal products. Protect from direct sunlight or heating.

Can your products be customized upon request?
