General
General Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between the Customer and xo-inmyroom for any purchase. All orders are placed with xo-inmyroom.
Orders
The order submitted by the Customer shall be binding for xo-inmyroom by sending an email to the Customer confirming the receipt of the order placed. We start processing your order as soon as it is received. You will receive an email confirmation with shipment tracking number in it once the item is produced and packed. The Customer shall verify the content of the e-mail and shall notify xo-inmyroom of any error or other mistake. Since all our products are made to order and we also offer custom made pieces, only orders not yet processed for production may be cancelled.
Orders purchased through retailers other than xo-inmyroom.com: If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly for their shipping, sales and returns policy time.
Prices and Payments
All prices are in Euros (EUR). The prices for the products do not include the shipping costs, which will be calculated in the moment of the purchase. Total costs will be indicated in the orders confirmation.
All products final prices include VAT.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
If the Customer is resident outside the European Union the VAT tax will not be calculated. The Customer will be responsible for determining taxes and Customs duties. Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, which are payable by the Customer upon receipt, and may produce Customs delays.
The Customer undertakes to pay the total price of the products and shipping costs as stipulated on the site and also to pay for the Customs duties or any other taxes due to the import of products in the country of delivery.

Production Quality
We reserve the right to alter minor details of our products and in other informational materials we provide in the interest of maintaining product quality and design integrity. Accordingly, products shipped may differ slightly form those depicted on our website. Colors of products as like wise depicted may differ slightly from the real life product. Please keep in mind, part of the beauty of working with natural and organic materials is the expected variation in grains, hues and colors. Such differences within our products are not indicative of a defect, rather we believe it’s what gives each individual piece its unique quality.
xo-inmyroom cannot match or guarantee specific wood grains or colors nor will accept any return or refusal or goods based upon these natural variations.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
The goods will be delivered to your delivery address specified on the order. Once payment is cleared, we will dispatch your order. All our products are made to order, estimated lead times are described in the product pages. Please write us an email at info@xo-inmyroom.com regarding any questions about lead times. The delivery note given by the carrier, dated and signed by the Customer upon delivery will constitute evidence of reception in good condition. In the event of undelivered products due to Customer’s absence (after two attempts of delivery) or wrong address, the products will be returned to xo-inmyroom. The Customer will be charged with a new shipping cost.
The delivery time depends on the delivery address as well as on the product type. Once the ítems are shipped, delivery takes approximately from 4 up to 10 working days. Those delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier. If after receiving the tracking information on your email any delay occurs, please send us an email at info@xo-inmyroom.com so we can help you.
Damaged or defective goods
Even though items are packaged properly, transit-related damage can occur. When an order arrives, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any damage on the package please notify the shipping company and refuse to accept it. Please take pictures of the damaged package, send them to us at info@xo-inmyroom.com inmediately and detail the damage in the delivery receipt. The carrier will return the item to xo-inmyroom and we will replace it free of charge.
If the good has been damaged during the shipment or is, in any way, defective, and you notice the damage when opening the box, you must contact xo-inmyroom Customer Service at info@xo-inmyroom.com within 24 hours following the reception, sending a detailed description of the damages with pictures enclosed. xo-inmyroom’s Customer Service will examine the damages and offer the best solutions, as for instance, the replacement of the damaged goods, or of a piece of the affected material.

Responsibility
xo-inmyroom can not be held responsible for the misuses of the purchased goods.
Return Policy
Custom made ítems can not be returned.
If you change your mind after receiving a non custom made ítem, please, let us know before 14 days after reception. Products must be returned with their original packaging, not used and/or assembled and must be inspected by our Customer Service to certify they are in good condition before refunding the purchase.
Return shipping and return pickup fees are the Customer’s responsibility and are non refundable.
